In an unceasing flow, many reputed companies are reaching in AKS University for Campus Drives, and giving the opportunity to students for working in India and abroad. Informing about the recent visit of the company, MK Pandey, Director T&P told that Indus India Bank, on 9^th of May, organized a campus drive to select the students for the post of Business Development Executive. At the end of drive, 13 students were selected, and their  names are: Maneesha Soni, Avinash Singh,Akansha Singh,Savita Pandey,Karishma Soni,Deeksha Singh, Rupali Tiwari,Neeraj Kumar Dodani,Naveen Singh Baghel,Krishna Kumar Tripathi,Swapnil Sinha and Shahbaz Khan.

        Informing further he said that the students have been selected on a salary package of 1.80 lakhs/annum, and after the training, they will be posted in different regions, as per the requirement of company. Chairman: Er. Anant Soni and Vice Chancellor: PK Banik, have congratulated the students for their selection. Selected students said that they have been selected thanks to the excellent education system, and industry oriented syllabus of AKS University.

Companies, belonging to various sectors, are organizing the Campus Drives in AKS University, and selecting the students from various Faculties. Carrying on the sequence, Management (AKSU) has developed a system, which provides the equal opportunity to all the students for participating in Campus Drives, and to get the placement in the companies of their choice.

In this series, SPM Auto Components System Private Limited has selected two students named Satish Kumar Soni and Neetesh Kumar (both from B.Tech Mechanical) on a salary package of 1.44 lakhs/annum.

Two more students from B.Tech Mechanical named Ankit Kumar Tiwari and Varsha Garg, were selected by Nainko Axim Private Limited on a salary package of 1.44 lakhs/annum.

 One of the another companies ETech Global, conducted campus drive specially for  graduate students, and selected six students named Deeksha singh,Rupali Tiwari, Maneesh Dwivedi,Bhah Beg, Shubham Soni and Prateeksha Soni on a salary package of 2.43 lakhs/annum. Chairman: Er. Anant Soni and VC: PK Banik, have congratulated the students for their success.

An interaction programme was held at the auditorium of AKS University, where Sameer Vishwas, Director, Gujarat State Petroleum Corporation Limited, conveyed the valuable information to Faculty Members of AKS University about mineral and petroleum exploration. Addressing to Faculty Members, he said that the country desperately needs more institutions, capable of producing professionals, who could give their services to minerals and petroleum sectors in a proficient manner.

In the second phase of his visit, Sameer Vishwas called on Chairman Er. Anant Soni and advised him to run courses on minerals and petroleum exploration as well.  He invited students of AKS University to visit Gujarat State Petroleum Corporation Limited to receive the training there. At the end of the programme, Sameer Vishwas was honored with mementoes in presence of Pro VC-Dr. Harshvardhan, OSD-RN Tripathi, and “vote of thanks” was extended by Professor Anil Mittal.

Engineering students of AKS University have cracked the GATE-2018 Examination, recently conducted under the guidelines of IIT Guvahati. Students named Rahul Yadav, Rajneesh Patel, Devilal Singh Parihar, Ashtosh Dwivedi and Ravi Prakash Gupta (all from Mechanical Engineering), Aditya Jain, Sujeet Singh and Neelesh Devgan (all from Mining Engineering) and Rajjan Patel (from Civil Engineering), performed excellently, and qualified the examination with higher marks.

 It may be noted that the students thus qualified in exam, will get the opportunity to pursue their higher studies from best technical institutions of India. Students have given the credit of their success to pre-eminent teachers of AKS University.

As it is well known, Government of India gives the scholarship to GATE qualified students during their studies; moreover, they are kept in priority list of top rank companies, during the recruitment process.  Management (AKSU) has congratulated the students with expectation that the juniors will continue the legacy in days to come.

An endless zeal and enthusiasm was observed on the face of audience, when Spandan-2018, “A Mega Annual Function” was organized at jam-packed premises of AKS University. The Mega event brought a string of shows, which entertained the people to the maximum extent. Addressing the audience on the occasion, Chief Guest Mukesh Shukla, Collector, Satna said that the enthusiasm reflecting from the face of students will really make the function a memorable one. He said that the fame of AKS University has crossed the national and international boundaries due to its sincere efforts to uplift the educational level of students. Pro. VC: Dr. Harshvardhan delivered the welcome speech while Chairman Er. Anant Soni told about the progressive steps, which have been taken by University through-out the year. The platform was used to recognize the academic performance of the students as well, and in this category Riya Khilwani, Rashmi Tiwari and Pramod Dwivedi were awarded with the Student of the Year Award. At the end of the inaugural ceremony, guests were honored with mementoes, and the vote of thanks was extended by Dr. RS Tripathi.

Souvenir was released, and the cultural programmes were held:  A book titled Souvenir, which contains the articles written by students and Faculty Members of AKS University, was also released on the occasion, and the cultural programmes commenced with “Ganesh Vandana”. The “Group Dance” forced the audience to move their waist while Bagheli comedy “Malkin Upase hai” tickled the audience profusely. The Solo dance was performed by Bal Krishna which was followed by sterling “Panjabi Bhangara” presented by the students of RGI. B.Ed. Department presented the “Devi Dance” whereas the drama “Ati Sarvatra Varjyet” dragged the special attention of the people. Roshni exhibited the solo dance, and an interesting drama titled “War and Peace” was presented by Bharat Soni. Audience received the devotional flavor through the “Hanuman Chalisa” on the other hand Balendra exhibited his direction ability through directing “Mile Sur Mera Tumhara”.

Spandan-2018 was telecast online: A large number of ex-students and well wishers of AKS University enjoyed the function by watching it online; moreover the viewers kept on giving the feedback about the programmes on regular intervals. Approximately 50,000 people made their presence at the venue, and the entire function was anchored and directed Kuldeep Saxena.
