Er. Anant Kumar Soni (Chairman, AKSU) was in China last week to participate in “China Mining Conference and Exhibition 2018” where he had the long interaction with mining experts came from across the globe, and apprised them about the mining courses running in AKS University. Also, he told them about the innovative approach being adopted by him while teaching and developing the skills of the students.

   AKS delegation, which included Er. Anant Soni, GK Pradhan and the students from mining department, participated in conference along with the top brasses of mining institutes like Hindustan Copper, Coal India and GSI. Three days conference which began from 20^th of October witnessed the huge participation of people invited from 150 different countries.

 Experts present on the occasion discussed the new technologies being introduced in mining sector as well as the issues like: pollution control, steps taken for the development of mining sector, automation, application of human less machines, improvement in quality of production and mining security. The high tech machines, being utilized in mining now a days, were also displayed during conference.

AKS deligation, standing on its stall, shared some valuable information with visitors regarding IT, pollution and mining. Students participated in conference named Ashish Kumar and Vishal Dubey termed the visit a “golden learning opportunity” for them.

Students from Food Tech (AKSU) named Vishal Thakur (B.Tech, third year) and Girish Kumar Kariya (B.Tech, second year), secured second position  in International Asia Food Safety Competition organized recently by CIA-SKA. 164 teams from ten countries, under the supervision of Dr. Sanjay Dave, Chairman, CIA, participated in competition and showcased their knowledge and skills. Both the winning students have been invited in Dubai for the further training. Er. Rajesh Mishra (HoD, Food Tech) congratulated the students for their achievement.

सतना। एकेएस वि.वि. सतना के कृषि संकाय रावे सातवें सेमेस्टर के छात्र शिवम चैधरी, बलराम पाटीदार, विशाल मसखरे, आशीस अगासे, आदित्य सदारंग, कुलदीप सिंह, भावेश चैहान, खेमचन्द्र, अखिजीत, रमण रेड्डी, ललित, अनिल सिंह, राहुल, विपिन, सुभांशु द्वारा ग्राम गोबरांव खुर्द में किसान संगोष्ठी का आयोजन किया। संगोष्ठी में किसानों द्वारा खेती में आने वाली समस्याओं पर चर्चा की गई। विश्वविद्यालय की फैकल्टी द्वारा किसानों की समस्याओं का निदान बताया गया। खेती के तरीकों में परिवर्तन पर खेती को लाभ का धंधा कैसे बनाया जाय, मौजूदा कृषि प्रणाली के आधुनिकीकरण पर सरकार क्या कर रही हैं। सेंसर आधारित प्रौद्योगिकियों तथा मशीनों से कृषि का प्रसार किया जा रहा है। कृषि मशीनीकरण पर कौशल विकास कार्यक्रम, ग्रीन हाउस प्रचालन, कृषि प्रसंस्करण तथा मूल्यवर्धन के कार्य किये जा रहे हैं। इसी क्रम में डाॅ. भूमानंद सरस्वती ने कहा कि लघु तथा सीमांत किसानों एवं निम्न कृषि शक्ति की उपलब्धता वाले क्षेत्रों पर कृषि मशीनीकरण की पहुंच को बढ़ाना, उच्च तकनीकी एवं अघिक मूल्य वाले कृषि उपकरणों के लिये हब का सृजन करना प्रमुख है। अगर हमें कृषि को लाभ का व्यवसाय बनाना है, तो हमें उन्नत प्रौद्योगिकी का प्रयोग करना है। उन्होंने कार्बनिक खेती व आवश्यकताओं पर प्रकाश डाला। कार्यक्रम के मुख्य अतिथि डाॅ. डूमर सिंह, डाॅ. आर.सी. पाण्डेय, उप सरपंच श्रीमती मुन्नी देवी, सचिव माधव सिंह कार्यक्रम में उपस्थित रहे। कार्यक्रम के समापन पर डाॅ. डूमर सिंह ने सभी उपस्थितजनों का आभार व्यक्त किया। कार्यक्रम में लगभग 60 कृषकों व विश्वविद्यालय के रावे के छात्र उपस्थित रहे। कार्यक्रम के समन्वयक सात्विक सहाय बिसारिया रहे, जिनके मार्गदर्शन में किसान संगोष्ठी का आयोजन हुआ। इससे पूर्व एकऐस वि.वि. रावे सातवें सेमेस्टर के सैकड़ों कार्यक्रमों के दौरान सतना के आस-पास के कई गावों में वृहद स्तर पर खेती किसानी से सम्बन्धित विषयों पर विस्तार से जानकारी दी गई है। भविष्य में इसी तरह के और कार्यक्रम करने की योजना वि.वि. द्वारा तय की गई है।

सतना। एकेएस वि.वि. सतना की स्पोर्ट्स टीम अपने मुकाबलों के लिये रवाना हो गई है। फुटबाल के यह मुकाबले युनिवर्सिटी एसोसियेशन में शामिल टीमों के साथ खेले जाने हैं। इस बारे में जानकारी देते हुए वि.वि. के क्रीड़ा अधिकारी सुनील पाण्डेय और बाबूलाल सिंह ने बताया कि 16 सदस्यीय टीम विजेता बनने की उम्मीद लिये गुआहाटी पहुंची है। फुटबाल टीम का नेतृत्व कर रहे कप्तान के अनुसार टीम में जोश, जज्बा और जीतने का जबर्दस्त दमखम है। पिछले वर्षों की भांति इस वर्ष भी टीम ने मुकाबले प्रारम्भ होने से पूर्व टीम ने जबर्दस्त तैयारियां की हैं और वि.वि. में खेले गये सभी मुकाबलों में खिलाड़ियों का उत्साह देखते ही बन रहा था। यही उत्साह अब सम्भलपुर गुवाहाटी में खेले जाने वाले मुकाबलों में दिखेगा। टीम के रवाना होने पर वि.वि. के पदाधिकारियों ने सभी खिलाड़ियों को अनुशासन से खेलने की नसीहत दी है और उन्हें शुभकामनाएं भी दी हैं।

सतना। एकऐस वि.वि. सतना के फूड टेक्नोलाॅजी विभाग के दो छात्रों विशाल ठाकुर, बी.टेक तृतीय वर्ष और गिरीश कुमार कारिया, द्वितीय वर्ष ने सीआईए-एसकेए द्वारा आयोजित अंतर्राष्ट्रीय एशिया फूड सेफ्टी काम्पटीशन में भाग लिया। वि.वि. के छात्रों ने यहां द्वितीय स्थान प्राप्त किया। प्रतियोगिता में एसकेए के चेयरमैन डाॅ. संजय दवे उपस्थित रहे। फूड सेफ्टी परफेक्ट बैच के साथ विद्यार्थियों को फूड सेफ्टी जागरुकता हेतु सैम्पलिंग और टेस्टिंग के अधिकार प्रदान किये गये। इसके पश्चात् एकेएस वि.वि. के दोनों विद्यार्थी दुबई में ट्रेनिंग के लिये आमंत्रित किये गये हैं। प्रतियोगिता में 10 देशों के 164 टीमों ने हिस्सा लिया। वि.वि. के विद्यार्थियों को फूड टेक के विभागाध्यक्ष इंजी. राजेश मिश्रा और फैकल्टी वीरेन्द्र पाण्डेय ने बधाई दी है।

Seventh semester students of agriculture Department, under the RAWE programme, organized a “Kisan Sangoshthi” in Gobranv Khurd Village of Satna district. In Sangoshthi, students had the broad discussion with the farmers, and learnt the problems faced by them during farming. Faculty Members present in Sangoshthi actively participated in discussion, and proposed the solutions to their agricultural issues. Points which were discussed during the Sangoshthi were related to the procedures through which agriculture could be made a profitable business. Farmers were also apprised about the schemes launched by the government for modernization of agriculture, advance technological development in farming, Kaushal Vikas Programmes, Green House etc. Extending the talk on the occasion, Dr. Bhumanand Saraswati said that the need of hour is to increase the accessibility of agricultural machines and technologies up to the small and marginal farmers. Adding further he said, if we have to make the farming a profitable business, then the advance technology will have to be used in larger extent. Also, he emphasized on the need of carbonic farming.

 Chief Guests of the sangoshthi were: Dr. Doomar Singh, Dr. RC Pandey, Vice-Sarpanch Munni Devi and Secretary Madhav Singh while the students named Shivam, Bakram, Vishal, Ashish, Aditya, kuldeep, Bhavesh, Khemchand, Akhijeet, Raman and Lalit played an active role in making the programme a successful one.
