Anchors, when shared the heart touching Sher-o-Shayree, the Farewell Party experienced the electrifying atmosphere as the students appeared in full mood for enjoying each and every moment of the function. Party commenced with the introduction of the guests, and then the cultural programmes, which were performed by the students, helped the audience in enjoying the party to the maximum extent.

 Through the PPT presentation, both seniors and juniors were taken to flashback memories, and then, it became hard for the students to control their emotions. In one of the moments, seniors were found hugging to their juniors, and advising them to be more sincere towards their goals. At the end of the programme, juniors selected “Mr. and Miss Farewell” of the party, and extended best wishes to their seniors for their successful career.

The artists and all the participants of Spandan-2018 were felicitated during a function organized at the auditorium of AKS University on Saturday. During the programme , participants, who left no stone unturned to make the programme a successful  and historical one, found  a sense a satisfaction as their efforts were recognized, and performances were appreciated by the organizing committee and the management of AKS University. The Spandan-2018, which as of date, drags the attention of viewers towards the official website of AKS University, was displayed for the people present at the auditorium. On this occasion, Pro-chancellor, Anant Soni; Pro-VC, Dr. RS Tripathi; Dr. Harshvardhan; Professor,RN Tripathi; Dr.GK Pradhan, Professor,GC Mishra; and Professor-GC Mishra with staff members, were present.

“Industrial visit, which is the part of the curriculum, has been arranged for the students of B.Tech and M.Tech where they will receive the practical knowledge of the subject” told Dr. GK Pradhan, the Engineering Dean of AKS University.

 Extending the series, this time the final year students of Mining and Mining Surveying were in Jamuna-Kotma area to visit the mines located there. Students also got the opportunity to make one day visit to Huldy-Wadee, where they learnt about the functioning of the mines, situated in this area.

 During the visit, students were accompanied by the faculty members of Mining and Mining Surveying, who kept on guiding them throughout the visit. Giving the feedback, students said that the visit was quite informative and productive one.

Lord Shree Ram, sparkling on a Divya Rath, when moved in a procession, the atmosphere got electrified with the slogans being chanted by the devotees, who were there in thousands to celebrate the festival of Ram-Navmi in Satna. The AKS Family also made the presence with the message written in its ‘Banner’ related to the  “Plantation”, “Water Conservation” and the “Concept of World Government “  which has been developed by BP Soni, the Honorable Chancellor of  AKS University, Satna.

 AKS University, during the procession, was represented by Er. Anant Soni (Pro-Chancellor, AKSU), Professor-RS Tripathi, and all the staff members, who were present to celebrate and spread the message of “Brotherhood” and “Communal harmony”, among the members of the society.

Students from Commerce and Management (AKSU) visited the Mumbai based centers of NSE and BSE, and received the information related to various financial terms  like  Debt and Equity fund, Online trading Depositoty, Demat, working of NSE, its history from past to present, swap contracts and derivatives.

 Students, during BSE visit, received useful information pertaining to the number of registered firms, turnover of BSE, online trading, working of BSE, working profile of Brokers and Sub Brokers, and shifting from barter exchange to currency system.

 During the visit, students were accompanied by the faulty members named Dheerendra Ojha, Pramod Dwivedi and Sheenu Shukla, who cleared the financial concept of the students, and helped them in understanding various intricacies of demonetization and other negotiable instruments. Students, after the visit, looked quite satisfied, and termed the visit an “Informative one”.

Bharat Kumar Soni, working as Assistant Professor in Commerce Department, brought laurels to AKS University by clearing the SET exam, which was held in   Madhya Pradesh, last year. In his first attempt, as a general category student, he scored 66 % marks, and got the success in this prestigious exam.

 Bharat has given the credit of success to BN Jaiswal and Dr.Aslam Sayeed (HoD, Commerce), who according to him, encouraged and motivated him, throughout the preparation of exam.

The staff members named Dheerendra Ozha, Sacchidanand, Vipul Sharma, Vikas Saha, Vipin Soni, Himanshu Agrawal, Ravi Mahtele and Saket Jain, have congratulated him, and wished “All the best” for his bright future.

The Biotech Department, joining the hands with Life Science Department, organized three days “International Conference” in AKS University, which witnessed the presence of the delegates came from various parts of India and abroad.  Three days conference which concluded on Sunday, had been organized at the huge auditorium of AKS University, where speakers presented their research papers in front of the intellectual audience.

Informing about it, Management (AKSU) told that 100 plus speakers delivered the lectures in international conference which had been held on the topic “Advances and Innovations in Biotechnology for Sustainable Development”.  Addressing the gathering, scholars shared their views especially in context of the “Changes”, taking place in field of Bio-Technology.

 International Conference, as the name itself suggests, invited the delegates from across the globe. Besides the presence of foreign dignitaries, it also saw the presence of the scholars, came from 26 different states of India. In the last day of the conference, lovely Mahavar was given the “RPS Dhakre Memorial Young Researcher Award” for her valuable research in field of Biotechnology. Notably, the Award is given after the name of Dr. RPS Dhakre, who is known as the “Pitamah” of AKS University.

MoU signed between Israel and AKS University: AKS University, extending its mutual relation with other parts of the Globe, signed MoU with an Israel based company named Plan Dytech Limited. The MoU, thus signed, will open the door for the students of AKS University to carry out their research works and internship in this company.

Staff members from Mechanical Department of AKS University, were in Jabalpur on Tuesday to participate in “National Seminar” held under the joint supervision of AKS University and the Institute of Engineers, a Local center of Jabalpur Chapter.  The seminar was held on the topic “Advances in Mechanical Engineering”, which saw the Paper Presentation of Research scholars, arrived from various parts of the country. Also, the dignitaries present on the occasion, inaugurated the “Souvenir”, an Annual letter of AKS University, which contains the description of research activities, going on in AKS University.

 National Seminar, simultaneously, got associated with one more programme, held on the occasion of “World Water Day”, wherein, keynote speakers presented their views pertaining to the efforts being made by the administration, in field of water conservation. The seminar was attended by the top officials of AKS University named: Anant Kumar Soni (Pro-Chancellor), Dr. Harshvardhan (Pro-VC), Dr. GK Pradhan, Pro-GC Mishra, RK Shrivastava, who apprised the audience about the seminars and various other programmes, organized by AKS University in recent past.

 Other members, who participated in programme included, Dr. Maneesh Chaube, Dr. LK Patel, Dr. Pankaj Shriwastava, Ketan Agrawal, KP Tiwari, Abhinav Shrivastava, Alok Ranjan Tiwari, RN Shukla, Aman Soni, Shailendra Singh, Ekta Shrivastava, Gauri Richhariya and Vasundhara Namdeo. Programme was anchored by Sanjay Verma, and “Vote of thanks” was proposed by Prakash Chandra Dubey.

A Campus Placement drive was organized recently in AKS University, in which 31 students were selected for the various positions of the company. Informing about it, Director T&P told that the HR Managers from the Sharda Motors, came in University on Friday, and carried out the skill test of the students, at the end, 31 students were selected for the post of “Diploma Trainee Engineer” in the company.

 Earlier, Drive began with the PPT presentation of the HRs, where students were informed about the company, and the job profile for various positions in the company. Selected students will get a salary package of one lakh and eighty thousand rupees.

 Management (AKSU) has wished “All the best” to students for their success in Placement Drive. Other members, who rendered their contribution to the Drive, included Balendra Vishwakarma (TPO) and Co-ordinator Manoj Singh.

Engineering Dean (AKSU) Dr. GK Pradhan participated in a programme organized by NMDC Limited in Majhgawan (Panna), on Friday. Dr. Pradhan, who has been the winner of “National Geo Science Award” in year 2012, presented the detail information about the mining courses running in AKS University.

 Discussing the specialty of AKS University, he told that the students of AKS University, under their scheduled training programme, keep on visiting the NMDC, and gain the idea about the functioning of the mines operationalized here. Speaking further He said both production and productivity, the terms frequently used by the manufacturing units, are “complementary” to each other.

 Earlier, the programme commenced with the introduction of dignitaries present at the venue, followed by the inaugurating speech of BK Madhav, the Deputy Manager of the Diamond Mining Scheme. Rudra Nath Mishra, during his speech, expressed views on the relevance of the Rajbhasha Technical Seminar. The lecture delivered by the Engineering Dean (AKSU) was appreciated by all the intellectuals present over there.
