Violence should be eradicated from society with sensitivity, humanity, compassion, positivity and we should become a part of civilized society. We should be aware of our moral duties and rights. Under the guidance of Manju Chatterjee, Head of MSW Department of AKS University, Satna,  Sudhir Pathak, Indira Soni and Maneka Soni, three students of Department of MSW ensured their participation in the three day workshop organized by National Institute Sama Sanstha Delhi on 23rd, 24th and 25th November in Bhopal.  In the workshop, there was a detailed discussion on the nature of gender based violence.  Reena ji, advocate and social worker threw light on various aspects while discussing in detail that most of the violence took place with men and women in the society.  There was an increase in violence in the time of corana. She also discussed the reasons for what positive and negative elements were associated in the families besides, discussion on prevention of violence also took place.  Violence continues  in the society. However, there has been a change in its nature after Covid-19 and the discussions were invited on this. The seriousness of the police administration and the consequences of negligence were discussed in the workshop.  Amidst the increasing interference of the media, what changes are being visible and what is the responsibility of the society and why the society is changing,  was followed by a deep discussion.  Posco Act-2012, Women's Violence and Domestic Violence Protection Act, 2005, Criminal Law Amendment Act 2013, guidelines of the Human Rights Commission, along with discussions on the guidelines of the Women's Commission were invited. The audiences were urged to know the provisions of the laws in this regard.  This workshop was very important for the career of the students. Pratibha Singh, Trainer, shared information with many facts.  "What is true other than what is seen" the discussion, underlined the role of police administration, media and society. Manju Chatterjee's poem recitation, " Jindagi ke Seelan mein Deemak Bano" was appreciated by all in the auditorium.

Shubham Chaurasia, a student of the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, AKS University, Satna, has been selected as a software engineer in Rostris Infotech Indore, on a regular basis, through the campus. He will  work a year on probation.  His job profile includes Python code, debugging applications, integrating user facing elements, design, developing and analyzing user requirements, writing and testing code, research, design, operational documentation, client consulting and maintenance.  He has got appointment on a good salary package which will translate into a good package after a year.  On the selection of Shubham,  Anant Kumar Soni, Pro-Chancellor, Dr.  Harsh Vardhan, Prof. R.S.  Tripathi, Head of the Department Dr.  Akhilesh A.  Waoo and the faculties of Computer Department have wished Shubham a bright future.

Saroj Lodhi, a student of Department of Electrical Engineering of AKS University, Satna, has been selected in Hindustan Unilever Company.  The company is a prime name in the products of Food, Beverages, Cleaning Agent and Personal Care.  Saroj has been selected as a Graduate Apprentice Trainee in an influential company in the field of Customer Goods. After eleven months, she will be appointed as a Quality Engineer.  Saroj's selection has been decided after a very good performance in the virtual campus. While sharing information, Head of Department (Electrical), AKS University, said that in the campus placement held so far in the Electrical Faculty, many students have got their selection in good companies.  The company interviewed on Google Meet. besides being selected on a good package, other attractive facilities will also be provided to the student.  On the selection of the student, Pro-Chancellor, Engg. Anant Kumar Soni, Head of Electrical Department, Rama Shukla along with all the faculty members expressed their happiness and wished her well for the future.  The family members are also happy with the success achieved on Daughter's Day.

Atul Gupta, a student of Department of Management, Satna, is the fortunate student who has been selected as a Business Analyst in Delhi based company BlackRock Private Limited.  It is to be known that the company is a leading name in the field of Legal Accounting, Book Keeping, Audit Activities, Tax Consulting, Market Research, Public Opinion Polling, Business & Management Consulting.  Atul has been selected as a Business Analyst.  In addition to being on the package of six lakh forty two thousand, other attractive allowances of the company will also be provided to the selected student.  On the selection of the student, the  Pro Chancellor Engg.  Anant Kumar Soni, Head of Management Department, Dr.  Kaushik Mukherjee and all the faculty members expressed their happiness and extended their best wishes for his future.  Atul credits his selection to the constant guidance of the management faculties and blessings of his parents.

In the implementation of the new National Education Policy 2020 announced by the Government of India, the Government of Madhya Pradesh has taken a leading position across India by taking initiatives.  In the same vein, after the formation of the task force constituted by the MP Government, it was decided that the new education policy would be implemented in Madhya Pradesh from the current session itself.

According to the intention of the government, the implementation of the National Education Policy 2020 in AKS University will be initiated.

The most popular AKS University in the  Vindhya region has decided  to implement the new education policy according to the intention of the Madhya Pradesh government.  It is noteworthy that the Madhya Pradesh government has constituted a task force committee of eminent educationists for the implementation of the New Education Policy 2020.  The Vice-Chancellor of AKS University from Vidhya Zone, Dr.  Harsh Vardhan is its important member and his practical suggestions have also been considered prominently by the government.  It is to be remembered that the students admitted to the new education policy in AKS University will now have the freedom to take more flexible courses than before, under which students will be able to choose different subjects according to their interest.  Now the earlier restrictions have been relaxed. 

A One day National Seminar was organized online by Management Faculty of AKS University Satna. In the discussion on Startup and economic development it was said that inclusion of people of better IQ with job generation and foreign investment,   Communication with people, welfare of employees and many other aspects are also important.  Participating in the National Conference on Startup and Our Economic Development in association with the Association for Social Sciences and Management Welfare.  Dr. Harsh Vardhan, Vice Chancellor, said that economic development is closely related to individual development. On the plan to connect students with startups, he said that for this, youth need a training process.  If there is preparation for entrepreneurship, then there is no need to return half way, he explained through examples how the wheel of development spins on the earth and affects the whole nation.  Discussing how startups affect the economy and what it means, the University's Pro-chancellor Anant Kumar Soni, said that Top and Town has given a new dimension to the startup and it is a living proof of how to reach the top with the right adjustments.  The summit can be reached only by planning, action and extra efforts because winners always do the things differently.  Describing the importance of startup, he described it as a factor providing financial assistance in nation building.  The pertinent questions like Are startup companies really making an impact in India?  What is the government of India doing for start ups? How startups are growing in India, were also  discussed.Talking about what problems are being faced by startups in India and what are their solutions,  Dr. Mukherjee, Head of Management Department, while revealing the growth history of Swiggy, Flipkart, Rivigo, Edutech, Foodmart, Sweet Capital, said that these companies have made long-term action plans showing vision and are creating new records of success.  He sheds light on how Ola, Uber, Udaan and FarmEasy have worked and emerged winners among Indian companies.  In this program 45 research papers were presented from all over India in which three best papers focusingonthesustainabledevelopmentofstartupsandtheirimpactoneconomicdevelopment,were selected which were awarded e-certificates as well.  It was also discussed in this event that startups are really defining and growing the Indian economy.  However, India's startup economy has not reached full potential and many startups die in infancy due to lack of proper action plan, lack of better skill management and quick decision making in the hope of being successful soon is fatal.  Successful operation of the program was led by Dr.  Kaushik Mukherjee, Head of Management Department.  In the conference Dr. D. Vishwakarma gave special thanks to  the Secretary of Social Science and Management Welfare Association (SSMWA) for making the program a success.

Two promising girl students of Management Faculty of AKS  University Satna made their presence felt by participating in the LG Young Marketing Champ competition.  In Season One LG Young Marketing Champ Competition, Two girl students of the University Sakshi Kataria and Vaishali Singh Baghel displayed their talent amongst the students of reputed institutes of the country.  In the competition run by LG Tonfi, they had to be content with 4th rank but this is a big platform and a big reward in terms of experience.  The girl students participated among students from institutions like IIM Raipur, Oriental College and IIM Indore.  Their rank has slipped by a few points and they secured the fourth rank.  While their work has been praised.  On the participation of girl students of the University,  the Head of Management Department, Dr. Kaushik Mukherjee, Faculty Sheenu Shukla, Dr. Pradeep Chaurasia and Pramod Dwivedi have expressed their best wishes.

Seventeen students of  5th Semester B. Tech Electrical Engineering Department and 16 students of Diploma Electrical of  AKS University went for training to Tons Hydroelectric House No. 1, Sirmaur.  Students got detailed information about turbine, generator, power house, hydropower plant structure and transformer.  The students told that they were taught that there is no loss of energy in water electric. It can be reused.  He told that due to the end of fossil fuel, the dependence on solar, hydel and water power is increasing. There is no water pollution and water can be used again and again.  It is noteworthy that in all the faculties of AKS University, training is organized for the students for detailed knowledge about the working style, systems and machines of the industries and from there the students also get the opportunity of selection.  Faculty of Engg. Ajay Singh, Madhu Soni and Diwakar Dubey were present along with the students.  After the completion  of the training of students, the Head of the Department of Electrical Engineering, Rama Shukla and Administrator, Engg. R.K. Shrivastava have expressed happiness and extended their best wishes for the bright future of the students.

A perfect Career start for three students of B.Tech Electrical Engineering department of AKS University Satna in  Wonder Cement, Rajasthan.
