In the implementation of the new National Education Policy 2020 announced by the Government of India, the Government of Madhya Pradesh has taken a leading position across India by taking initiatives.  In the same vein, after the formation of the task force constituted by the MP Government, it was decided that the new education policy would be implemented in Madhya Pradesh from the current session itself.

According to the intention of the government, the implementation of the National Education Policy 2020 in AKS University will be initiated.

The most popular AKS University in the  Vindhya region has decided  to implement the new education policy according to the intention of the Madhya Pradesh government.  It is noteworthy that the Madhya Pradesh government has constituted a task force committee of eminent educationists for the implementation of the New Education Policy 2020.  The Vice-Chancellor of AKS University from Vidhya Zone, Dr.  Harsh Vardhan is its important member and his practical suggestions have also been considered prominently by the government.  It is to be remembered that the students admitted to the new education policy in AKS University will now have the freedom to take more flexible courses than before, under which students will be able to choose different subjects according to their interest.  Now the earlier restrictions have been relaxed. 

Opportunities for getting hands-on training, practical training, apprenticeship training and internship will be available to the students. 

According to the spirit of the new education policy, the inclusion of courses based on practical training and industries is noteworthy.  Along with this, students especially those taking admission in general streams such as B.Sc, BBA, B.Com, BCA etc. have been given contract with various Center for Council Associations and local industries under the Board of Apprentice Training, Mumbai, an office set up by the Government of India. Here, the students shall be availed Training facility on the basis of  vocational needs. Apart from this, the facility of stipend will also be available to such students as per the rules. so far this facility had been available only to the students of technical courses, but in the new education policy, students of all faculties will now be provided such facility during training.  It is to be noted that in this episode, the university is constantly emphasizing on Industry and Academia Meet so that along with revising the courses in collaboration with representatives of industrial organizations, providing employment and practical training in industries can also help students get employment. 

Special efforts are being made to create and establish self-employment through vocational courses.  Most emphasis on placement . Most of the students selected in industrial establishments.

An important feature of this university is also that the students who take admission in the university, the emphasis is given on the placement of mass students and most of the students are also getting selected in industrial establishments.   It is also necessary to mention here that the specialty of AKS University has been that efforts are constantly being made to update the courses here and make them world class.  Examinations are conducted on time so that students can get timely opportunities for higher education and competitive examinations.  There is also a feature here that students can evaluate their answer sheets after the examination itself and the duration of their course is not unnecessarily long when the paper is due. so the examinations of such students are conducted promptly in due time so that the student's career  should not have any adverse effect. 

University's Pro Chancellor Engg. Anant Kumar Soni has also informed that soon a special meeting with, various industrial establishments, cement factories, representatives related to minerals, various industrialists, Chamber of Commerce, District Industries Association etc. located in the district, will be held under the Chief Hospitality of  Shri Ganesh Singh, Member of Parliament,  Satna constituency.  He said  special courses will also be started in the university on the basis of consultation with the representatives of the industry and according to the local requirements.  After all these special efforts, the university constantly receives ideological exchanges from subject experts for academic excellence and positive results are being visualized.
