Dr. Kaushik Mukherjee, Head of Management Department of AKS University Satna is known for his multi-faceted work. On the occasion of World Entrepreneur Day 2021, he got the opportunity to lecture on the topic  'Entrepreneurship A Boon for the Sub Continent'. This program was organized under the aegis of Kites Education. He told while giving a lecture that the start up culture spread as an episode.  Explaining in detail all the aspects of the main episodes he told that one link motivates the other to grow progressively. He provided information on its main points like, how this opens up the dimensions of economic progress and also generates employment on a large scale.  His lecture was very effective and accurate as well as the subject was right and worth appreciation. 75th Independence Day was celebrated from the ramparts of AKS University Satna. The program  was attended by all the family members.  On this occasion the Chancellor  of AKS University Shri BP Soni ji hoisted the tricolor.  He also told the story of the freedom struggle and the subsequent freedom. Many patriotic songs were presented in a series of cultural programs.  The moments of pride and the historical heritage of India were the theme of the songs.  On this occasion all the AKS family was present.

The Dean of Mining Engineering Department of AKS University Satna, Prof. GK Pradhan has informed that the Department of Mining is organizing a training program for the Mining officers of JSW Steel Limited, Orissa.  It is worth mentioning that JSW Steel Limited has received allocation from Orissa Government for four more mines last year. AKS University has been entrusted  with the responsibility to enhance the technical skills of Engineers.  In this series, continuous work of mining and training is going on in Jajang, Nuvagaon, Narayanposi and Gonua in Orissa. There has also been a record increase in iron ore production.  Manpower is constantly being increased in the mines under the Mines Division and latest technology is also being included. The qualified engineers  are being trained in collaboration with the training officers of AKS University. For regular updates and progress in all these works in JSW, a special training program has been fixed from 2nd August to 10th September. The specific training shall be scheduled on Sustainable Development, Reducing Carbon Footprint, Safety Management and IT Intervention.  Under the guidance of Chief Operating Officer, Mines Division, Ranjan Naik, the Mines Division has engaged the Managers and Engineers for training and innovative strategies. The training includes classrooms as well as site visits to improve the mental strength of the Managers while working with zero accidents.  Executives, supervisors and workmen of JSW are actively participating in this training work.  It is noteworthy that since 2013 the AKS University is Continually conducting training programs in the mining companies across the country. Companies like NMDC, Utkal Alumina, Hindalco Industries and JSW Karnataka are prominent. The training is getting adequate results.  The 10 faculty members of AKS University are constantly sharing abstract and nuanced information on important topics with the participants in the training sessions.  It is to be known that since 2012 with its establishment, AKS University has developed such an infrastructure, faculty pool, laboratory and other facilities that many industries and companies are being benefited with the scheduling  of training programs in their institutions, which are also giving excellent results. At the  launch of the program, the presence  of BRK Padhi, Agent Mines, JSW was remarkable.  He discussed the use of training for Young Engineers at AKS University.  He also appreciated the works of the University.  Welcoming the guests and Young Engineers, Anant Kumar Soni, Pro-Chancellor, AKS University, underlined the commitments in the field of mining and education, Dr. B.K.  Mishra and P.S.  Tiwari of Mining Faculty were present in the program.

An indigenous program was organized in the Physics Department of AKS University Satna in which the elite and intellectuals of different field contributed the discussion on how the world government should be formed, what should be the idea for holistic and comprehensive  development of the world. The scholars discussed in detail that a powerful,  sovereign, democratic, public welfare and progressive world government should be formed and it should take all humanity forward with positivity.  It began with a discussion on the  horrors of the atomic bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki in Japan in 1945, on which the scholars expressed their opinion in the Webinar.  The keynote speaker of the program Dr.ML Sharma Vice Chancellor, Tribhuvan University Nepal said in his eloquent speech that the world government is the call of the present and the need of the future.  He said even in the past we have been a victim of horror. He said  even a moment's anger can be a great danger to the entire human race.  From 1945 till now, human civilization is living under its influence.  Discussing in a wider context, he also discussed the destructive wars and their effects with many historical agreements and treaties.  He greatly appreciated the concept of the Chancellor of AKS University.  In the webinar, the Vice-Chancellor, Dr. Harsh Vardhan, while giving the inaugural speech, made him aware of the entire ideological background of the world government and introduced him to the detailed information on the entire subject.  Anant Kumar Soni, Pro Chancellor, AKS University, while expressing his views on the need of world government, said that the kind of upheaval and conflict situations that are being created in the world are quite dangerous from the future point of view.  He said a holistic development, lasting peace and welfare of mankind in the world is possible only with the formation of world government.  It is noteworthy that AKS University's Hon'ble Chancellor  BP Soni ji has dreamed of this concept, he says that if world war happens, then all humanity and civilization shall meet a disastrous end. so there is a need for a government that can stop this destruction and do human welfare.  He says that the need of the hour is the world government. He has also shared many articles on this, which have been very much appreciated. The Webinar got a good response from the audience and the viewers of many countries. Dr. Shailendra Yadav also played an important role in organizing the program.  Dr. Dinesh Mishra, Head of Department, Physics, Dr. Samit Kumar, Kanha Singh Tiwari, Sushma Singh, Manoj Sharma, Dinesh Balmiki and Sundaram Khare played major roles in the organizing committee.  Nahid Urmani conducted the program.  Senior Professor Dr. R.S. A  Biotech Faculty of AKS University Satna Dr.  Ashwini Bau, participated in the Seven Days Virtual National Workshop. While participating in the Faculty Development Program, she said that it was a wonderful learning opportunity by the Internal Quality Assurance Cell of Career College, Bhopal. The virtual workshop was organized in academic collaboration with NAAC Bangalore and Department of Higher Education, UGC.  It was carried out extensively from 26 July to 1 August 2021. In this faculty orientation programme Dr. Ashwini Bau was declared the Catch of the Day winner in the online competition. She outlined the mind map in this competition.  She was also honored with the Star Performer of the Day award.  The University family has expressed happiness by wishing her the best wishes.

A Research Scholar of Biotechnology Department  of  AKS University Birendra Pandey has been selected  underYoungScientistAward-2012category by Madhya Pradesh Council of Science and Technology .  Under this, he shall  be provided free training fellowship for 6 months.  It is noteworthy that the research work of Birendra Pandey is being conducted under the guidance of Dr. Deepak Mishra.  The research topic under this scholarship is obtained from pectiness production in which he has told that pectiness production from fruit peels can be increased by micro-organisms and can play an important role in the industrial world by reducing the production amount in it.  Faculties of University Management, Biotech and Foodtech have expressed their happiness on this achievement.

An Associate Professor Dr. Dhirendra Ojha posted in the Department of Commerce of AKS University published a Research Paper in association withPriyaJain a ResearchScholar in AKSUniversity. She has co-authored the research paper for Inspira Group of Journals an International Journal of Advanced Research in Commerce and Management Volume 4 No.  2 (1) in April-June, 2021. The topic of the research paper was Impact of Fraud on Indian Banking Sector. It has been observed that Public Sector Banks have a higher share of Private Sector Banks.  There were more cases as compared to banks and also the total amount involved in PSBs is much higher as compared to PVBs.  Least cases of fraud were reported from local area banks.  The report shows that there has been an increase of 28 per cent in volume terms and 159 per cent in value terms in comparison to the previous year.  Advance related fraud has the maximum impact of all banking frauds in India due to the high value involved.
