Kanchi Shilpa Reddy, 8^th semester student of B.Sc. (Honors’) has been selected to pursue her master’s degree in United States of America. Shilpa will get the admission in Virginia University of USA, where she will study Land Scape Architecture over there. Shilpa went through the examination like GRE and English Language Testing System before getting the admission in such a reputed University of USA. Kanchi Shilpa Reddy, one of the talented students of AKS University, has passed the 7^th semester examination with 7.85 CGPA marks, and she is expected to give thumping performance in semester examination of 8^th semester as well. Kanchi Shilpa Reddy has paid her gratitude to the existing education system of AKS University, which shaped her to carry on the studies in USA. Speaking about her success Shilpa said that she would give the credit of her success to faculty members, and to the industry oriented curriculum being run in AKS University. Shilpa said that she has received unforgettable co-operation from people of AKS University which resulted into success like this. AKSU Management told that the selected students would receive a salary package of 2.50 lacks/annum. At the initial stage, they have been absorbed as a “Trainee”. As it is well known, in recent years, M.K. Pandey, Director Training & Placement, along with his team, has played a commendable role in successfully organizing the campus placement drives in AKS University. AKS University has always been active in facilitating the highest level of training to its students, in this series, the students of B.Tech (EE) will be receiving the vocational training in SANJAY GANDHI THERMAL POWER PLANT,Umariya. Informing about it, Rama Sharma, HOD (EE) told that students will receive thorough training in SANJAY GANDHI THERMAL POWER PLANT, where they will be apprised about the various functioning of SANJAY GANDHI THERMAL POWER PLANT. Informing further she told that students will get the ample opportunity to acquire the knowledge about the electrical power generation, distribution, transmission, modern electrical works, working of machines and electrical process, in guidance of subject experts. “Ten students have been selected for the vocational training, and after the successful completion of their training, they will be issued the Training Completion Certificate as well”, she informed. During the entire training programme, students will be guided by Rama Sharma, Er. R.K.Shriwastava and Er. D.C. Sharma.

B.Ed Entrance Examination for the session 2017-2019 will be held on dated 04/06/2017. Management of AKS University has informed that the last date for the submission of form is 25/05/2017, and the Entrance Test will take place on 04/06/2017 on Sunday between 9.00 A.M. to 11.15 P.M. in AKS University.
