Speaking about his work Mr. Sarhate told that the topic of his research work was “Soaking Cooking Characteristics Of peason P Dal” which deals with the cooking of Arhar Dal using minimum energy. The research work of Mr. Sarhate has been appreciated and rewarded by National Institute Of Food And Tech Management, Sonipat.In his research work Ajit Sarhate has received the co-operation of Dr. Basediya (Gwaliar Agriculture University), Dr. Mohan Singh(J.N.K. University,Jabalpur) and Er. Omkar Kushwaha respectively.
