Mining Day celebrated in the Mining Department of  AKS University, Satna

The Indian mining industry has a better future - Mr. Bhola Singh, Director, CCL, Ranchi

 Satna.  A virtual program was organized on the occasion of Indian Mining Day from October 31 to November 2, 2020 by Department of Mining  of AKS University, Satna, in which Mr. Bhola Singh, Director,  CCL Ranchi, said that the future of Indian mining industry is bright.  The Indian mining industry has contributed significantly to the development of India.  Mining Department is the leader in the self-reliant India program being run by the Prime Minister of India.  On the first day of the event, Indian Mining Day was celebrated by AKS University along with the whole of India.  The program was inaugurated by Mr. Rajneesh Purohit, Regional Controller Indian Bureau of Mines, Government of India. He gave a comprehensive information on the changes and employment prospects in the non-coal sector. Along with University's Six pass out students Pankaj Sateeja, Tata Steel Nagendra Triveni, Earth Movers S. K. Rawat, Dalmia Cement  participated in the program.  Students also shared their experiences.  Thousands of students from 29 institutions took part in the mining quiz in the national online competition on the third day of the program.  They were also awarded online. In the program elaborat discussions on Mining Technology, Coal Mining, Mining Research and Safety in India and new innovations, took place.  On this occasion  Dr. P.K.  Singh, Simfer, Mr. Vinodanand Kalundia, DGMS, Jabalpur, Pro Chancellor of the University, Anant Kumar Soni, P.K.  Palit, Eng. RK Srivastava, Dr.Harshvardhan.Dr. GKPradhan, Prof. Anil Mittal, Prof. Dasgupta, Dr.B.K., invited dignitaries and other people shared their views.

Ph.D Award to Reneey Nigam, A faculty  of Biotechnology of AKS  University,

A detailed and intensive study was on a Comparative Study of Chromatography.

The faculty Renee Nigam, who has been lighting a lamp of continuous education as a professor in the Department of Biotech of AKS University for 12 years, has been awarded PhD.  Her  mentor Dr. Rashmi Arnold who is from the Department of Botany Government Girls Degree College Rewa, Center for Biotechnology Studies, APS University , Rewa.   The title of Renee Nigam's PhD was "A Comparative Study of Chromatography" while the entire subject was "Fingerprinting Analysis and Evaluation of Antimicrobial and Antioxidant Activities of Tephosia Perpurea and Phyllanthus Niruri".  Dr. Renee said that both the plants Tephosia purpurea and Phyllanthus niruri are full of important Ayurvedic properties which are used in many Ayurvedic medicines.  Colleagues with her family, on Dr. Nigam's glorious achievement, and AKS University's  all the members of the family have expressed their happiness and offered their best wishes.

One day webinar in Yoga Department of AKS University Satna.

Satna. In the Yoga Department of AKS University, Satna, the world famous yoga teacher Sunil Singh gave his speech on the role of calcium and vitamin D in the human body.  He explained methods of diet control.  He gave information about the diseases in the maternal power and also gave a sure way of stress management.  He said that if the student wants to get both health and wealth, then yoga education is better for him.  Dr.  Dilip Tiwari said that there are better job opportunities in the field of yoga.  Similarly, multi national companies, self-employment and other sectors are also open.  He also gave information on the Yoga courses conducted in AKS  University. Rajiv Bairagi, Mirza Samiullah Baig along with other faculty were present in the program.  It is noteworthy that Mr. Sunil Singh has participated in Yoga programs in various TV channels including 11 books and 3100 yoga programs.  He also provided information about the misconceptions of yoga.  The program started with the address of Pro Chancellor Anant Soni, and  Dr.  Harshvardhan welcomed the guests.

Virtual Quiz in Food Technology Department of AKS University Satna

Students participated in the event on the occasion of world food day Dhruva, Satarupa, and Prakalp were the winners of various competitions Satna. He  has been appointed to the post of Android Developer. Satna. Sonu Sahu, a student of BCA Faculty of AKS University Satna, has been selected in Adunomics Solutions Pvt. Ltd. for two lakh fifty thousands per annum salary  package. A student of AKS University,  the 27th ranked University in a survey conducted by India Today, is selected for the post of Android Developer. An Online Quiz by AKS University

On the occasion of World Students Day, 15October,  an Online quiz, Global Quiz of Linux was organized by AKS University.  AKS University, which is the Red Hat Academy, managed to get this quiz done in conjunction with Rostris Incorporation.  In this, around 400 students got registered and demonstrated their knowledge and talent. This quiz is aimed at making students aware about Linux operating system, and open source technology by asking questions in topics like Red Hat Linux and Unsible and Kubernetes.  It was organized by the Computer Science Department of AKS University, it was contributed by Abhijeet Mishra (5 B.Tech) and Harsh Sharma (5 B.Tech), who are Red Hat Student Ambassadors, and in this direction, Dr. Akhilesh  A. Bau, who heads the Computer Science Department guided the students.  The students performed well in the quiz and were introduced to quite a new technology

Industry - Academia Meet in  the Mining Department of AKS University Satna

Dialogue between Devapur Limestone Mines of Orient Cement and  AKS UNIVERSITY

An Industry -  Academia Meet was organized between the officials of AKS University Satna and Devapur Limestone Mines of Orient Cement in which Mines Office Shri NP Sahare presided over the program.  Its purpose was to understand the new environment.  It was a very important program under the new Education Policy-2020 of the Government of India.  University's  Senior officials of the Mining Department visited the mines sector and understood the needs of the mining industry.  AKS University's  Engineering Dean Prof.  GK Pradhan and MPK Palit  Director,Resource,who was, earlier, DeputyDGMS participated in the Program.  Over 130 students of Telangana who have done B.Tech. from AKS University were also part of the program. He said that the dignity of the university will be increased by the fact that here at all times the work on increased original research, acquiring patent for the work of excellence should be done. Talking on NAC Accreditation, he said that he wishes AKS University  Achieve the top position in high-quality institutions and the area's name should be registered on the international table.  In the program, Prof. RS Tripathi gave a welcome address in his honor and said that Parit Saris Dharm Nahin Bhai, Parpida Sama Nahin Adhamai, said that Shri Rawatpura Sarkar is a saint and his life is also tending towards social service and well being  of humanity at large.  While conducting the program, Prof. R.N. Task Force members of National Education Policy held virtual platform discussion

In the meeting of 23 members of the implementation committee Task Force of the new education policy, many issues were discussed in depth.  The members of the newly formed committee headed by Honorable Education Minister of the state Mr. Mohan Singh Yadav,  discussed in detail how new education will happen in MP in the coming years.  Hon'ble Minister said that in view of the resources available in the state and the present environment, there is a great need to implement the National Education Policy in a better and planned manner, there is a need to coordinate innovation with India's traditional knowledge.  In this direction, autonomous, private and government universities  will have to promote research by harmonizing the above mentioned methods.  Mr. Yadav said that the new education policy presented by Honorable Prime Minister's leadership and the country's Education Minister Mr. Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank ji will yield long-term results.  On this occasion, Principal Secretary to M.P. Government Shri Anupam Rajan welcomed the members.  And highlighted important aspects of policy.  He informed that under the new education policy, 8 major points will be discussed on priority.  In the program AKS University's. Dr. Harsh Vardhan, who is a respected member of the committee, said that today there is a need that the government should cooperate in developing skill development centers in all the universities of the state with a view to giving priority to grass enrollment ratios and vocational education.  The universities which have good IT infrastructure should be allowed to conduct open distance learning and online courses in the wider interest.  Discrimination between public and private University to be addressed.  As prevalent in different countries of the world, there is a great need for Liberal Arts and Value Based Education. He said that these courses should also be included to eliminate certain anomalies and evils prevailing in the society.  Dr. Harshavadharan gave broad views on the approach to achieve excellence in production and employment based on industry-academia interaction, internship and Multidisciplinary research.  The presence of Prof. ADN Bajpayee, Prof. Kapil Dev Mishra, S.N. Mishra, Varun Gupta, Raghuraj Tiwari, Umashankar Pachauri, Umesh Hulani, Dr. Ashok Gwal, Dr. S.K. Jain was also notable in the program.  The program was conducted by Dhirendra Shukla.
