You should listen to the voice of your heart through meditation - Ruchivardhan Mishra, DIG, Bhopal, PHQ

The program on heartfulness in the auditorium of AKS University Satna.

Satna. Ruchivardhan Mishra DIG, PHQ, Bhopal, proud of Satna district, on the request of AKS University Satna, shared her experiences and skills in heartfulness, relaxation and meditation in the auditorium of AKS University Satna.  Addressing the auditorium, she said that in the modern environment, many kinds of stresses in human life can be an important option to get rid of it, and I am saying this because I have realized it myself, she said that  we should first listen to the voice of our heart or what is called inner  soul through meditation method, because our heart, which we also know in the form of soul, has a connection with God, so we should listen to the voice of conscience.  One should conduct his life by using his discretion to act, without hesitation, honesty and positive thinking, in which it is clear that it is right to do it and wrong to do it.  Working with divine inspiration brings a feeling of bliss and with this sponsorship, Heartfullness Meditation is very helpful and effective. He further said that rehearsal of our brain is also done in the right direction by doing this meditation method and positive energy gives us strength.  In this meditation method, we can overcome many types of stress through continuous meditation practice, this balances the mental state. Relaxation method  teaches us balance.  On this occasion, IAS Shashank Mishra, husband of Mrs. Ruchivardhan Mishra,  The Chief Executive Officer of the Government, M.P.Gramin Vikas, while making necessary and important suggestions on the new education policy 2020, said that discipline is very important in life, by setting goals, we can achieve desired achievement by trying positively. Overall education should be linked with practical education in an all-encompassing manner, from school level to higher education.  Only then will India be able to move towards development at a rapid pace.  On this occasion, Superintendent of Police of Satna district, Shri Dharmveer Singh Yadav expressed his views and said that there is a separate place of peace in life and yoga is a special medium to achieve it.  In the program, Prof.  B. B. Byohar,  The former chairman of MP Public Service Commission, apprised the various nuances of competitive examinations. Pro Chancellor Anant Kumar Soni was accompanied by deans, directors and faculty of departments along with other dignitaries for the program.  It is noteworthy that Smt. Ruchivardhan Mishra is a 2006 batch IPS officer and virtuous daughter of Dr. Harshvardhan Shrivastava, Per Vice Chancellor,  AKS University Satna.
