One day webinar on self dependent India in AKS University Satna.

Satna. A one-day webinar program on the subject of self-reliant India was organized at AKS University, Satna, with the basic premise being the Academia Relations.  At the beginning of the program per Vice Chancellor of AKS University Dr.  Harshvardhan gave welcome speech.  He introduced the guests, enforced the subject and highlighted the usefulness of Webinar.  Former Additional Chief Secretary of Madhya Pradesh Shri P.K.  Das said that in today's era, there is a need for innovation in various fields, so to understand the needs of industries, there is a need to strengthen the relationship between the people working in the industry and academia so that according to the needs of each other  research and curriculum based development may  receive the most importance.  Necessary change in the courses in the academic field will enable India becoming self-reliant.  The aim should also be that the academic world should understand the daily problems of the society and solve them.  There should not be any worry about successes or failures in  life. Students will have to prepare for curious questions, Global Knowledge resouces and Teaching module can be developed so that the student may get maximum benefit.  In the sequel, Jones Kisley, IAS, managing director, emphasized that the industrial world should make Acadamia acquainted with their own needs and there should be mutual discussion between the two.  He underlined the importance of internships, adding that from time to time, industry representatives, experts would have to understand the needs in academia and academia professors.  Netlink Company, Chairman Anurag Shrivastava said that the learning tendency should develop in every field, we should not prioritize the marks obtained instead we should prioritize its learning and understand the practical level of knowledge,  the importance of technocrats in today's era  Can not be ignored.  Indore University  Professor of School of Economics, Dr.  Kanhaiya Ahuja said  that  we have to understand the importance of training program in the direction of self-reliant India.  This will increase the employability of students and nation development.  Research and innovations should be promoted at academic level.  Gradually, to avoid decreasing the number of implantable people, a better environment has to be created for teaching and training.  He also said that M.P.  has  more than 800 industrial institutes, including large, medium and small scale industries, all of them should maintain constant approaches  to academic institutions. Similarly, by adopting the appropriate strategy for Ease of Doing Business, the environment can be created and the country can move towards self-sufficiency.  Former building director of Madhya Pradesh Industrial Development Center, Mr. GN  Vyas emphasized that universities can play a better role in the development of economy, infrastructure and other basic resources at the academic level.  In this direction, Hon'ble Prime Minister of India has mentioned this in Mann Ki Baat and other programs.  He talked about working on partnership model, coordinating with small scale industries, with more focus on innovation, research and development.  Yogesh Tamarkar, Vice Chairman M.P.  Chamber of Commerce laid special emphasis on enterprise, courage and and consistency.  Prof.  RN Tripathi, Dean Basic Science, shared word of gratitude. Mr. Prasanna Das, Chairman of the program expressed his gratitude to all the speakers and thanked for the cooperation of all the speakers.  University's Pro Chancellor Anant Kumar Soni shared his experiences on the industry academia and highlighted the significance of the webinars that are happening continuously.  Faculty and students of the management faculty were involved in the webinar program.  The program on the virtual platform was conducted by Head of the Department of Management Kaushik Mukherjee, Lovely Singh Gaharwar and Dhirendra Ojha.
