E-Choupal organized by Agriculture Department of AKS University

The agricultural department of AKS University organized an E - Choupal on Monday.  Its main theme was to strengthen agricultural extension and advisory system.  Co-ordinator of e-Choupal, Shri Satwik Bisaria said that the objective of this topic is to provide information on how to change and strengthen thematic agricultural extension and advisory systems in moving towards the broader goal of increasing farm income and improving rural livelihoods.  .  The focus of this webinar is primarily on technical knowledge, management skills and information services that will help small-scale farm houses improve their livelihoods in a rapidly changing global economy.  The keynote speaker  Dr. Ved Prakash Singh, Senior Scientist, Center for Agricultural Sciences Satna and Shri Ravi K. N.  Scientist, Agricultural Extension Regional Center, Ballari, Karnataka.  Dr.  Ved Prakash Singh on the role and application of Information Communication Technology (ICT) during the epidemic COVID - 19 and Shri Ravi K.  N.   on the topic of expansion of extension advisory services during Covid - 19 Pandemic , presented their views. Through the online page of AKS University, many questions were asked by the beneficiaries, which were answered by the scientists.  The program was conducted by Shri Satwik Bisaria and the mediation of the program was done by Ashutosh Gupta and Pankaj Gupta.  Vice Chancellor Dr.  Harshvardhan Shrivastava, Faculty of Agriculture, Dr.  s .  s .  Tomar and department head Dr.  Neeraj Verma were present in the program.
