"Arogya Manthan (Janavani)" program at Swami Vivekananda Auditorium of AKS University.

Satna. "Arogya Manthan (Janavani)" program was organized by Madhya Pradesh Press Club on Tuesday at Swami Vivekananda Auditorium of AKS University.  Addressing the program, Collector Shri Ajay Katesaria said that the media support during the Corona period was commendable and special support was given by the Sadhguru Seva Sangh Trust at the time of Corona.  He told that in a positive person the symptoms of corona appear after 5 days, it increases rapidly by 8 days, decreases from the ninth day, ends on the eleventh day.  But it is very important to be vigilant with the corona for 15 days.  He told that now Covid-19 is not an unknown puzzle.  Do not be careless with corona, be cautious, get treatment soon if symptoms occur.  Especially older people should be careful.  There should not be deficiency of Vitamin-D in the body.  To avoid corona, it is important to consult a doctor from time to time.  War against corona can be won by maintaining a mask, sanitizer and social distance.  He wished everyone to be healthy.  Mr. Anant Soni, Chairman of AKS University informed that to avoid corona, two yards distance and mask are necessary steps. It is also advised to be cautious of corona by adopting original mantra.  He appreciated the work done by the Collector Mr. Katsaria to control the spread of Corona in the district.  In the program, Chairman of Madhya Pradesh Press Club, Dr. Naveen Anand Joshi assured to organize such programs at the divisional / district level to bring an awakening among the citizens of the state.  At the beginning of the program, the guests lit a lamp in front of the idol of Shri Ganesh.  The guests were honored by offering Tulsi plant.  A dialogue program was also organized at the end of the program.  On this occasion dignitaries including Mr. MR Khare of LNCT and MPPC Deepak Gautam were present.
