On 28 February, the Cement and Concrete Conclave Satna Cluster-2020 has been scheduled under the joint aegis of AKS University of Satna Department of Cement Technology and Civil Engineering, with Engg.  Manish Dubey, Chairman of Indian Concrete Institute, Jabalpur Center, 
as the note speaker. Dr. AK Chatterjee, Farmer Whole Time Director, ACC, Dr.B.N.Mahapatra, Direct General, NC  Commissioner Municipal Corporation Satna, Amanveer Singh Bais will be specially present along with DBM, Eng. Anil Banchore, MD, RDC Concrete Private Limited. On this occasion, many engineers of the plant and consultants and contractors of the Municipal Corporation will also be present in the Conclave.  .  This information has been given by  Director of Cement Technology and Civil Engineering Faculty Harsh Pratap Singh.

AKS University in the presence of thousands of farmers, the grand finale of Agritech -2020 was organized in collaboration with Madhya Pradesh Government, Department of Agricultural Development, Petroleum Conservation Research Association and NABARD.  Addressing the farmers present at the Kisan Kalyan Mela, Chief Guest Padmashree Babulal Dahiya said at the closing ceremony of the program that organic farming will produce quality agriculture and farmers will also benefit from sowing by exchanging crops.  Dr.  Kolekar, Joint Director, Horticulture, emphasized the necessary information for marketing along with the adoption of horticultural crops.  Dr. BL Kuril Deputy Director Agriculture, Satna threw light on the schemes of farmer welfare. He expressed happiness about the good yield of wheat and paddy in Satna.  It is noteworthy that AKS University organized the three-day grand event of the second Agrtech Madhya Pradesh Kisan Vigyan Mela and Agro Industry Exhibition from 23 to 25 February by the Department of Farmers Welfare and Agriculture Development.These stalls received first, second and third prizes
 75 stalls were put up in the program which was inspected by the guests who came for three days and based on their opinion. 
 Several lectures were held on the third day in which Dr. Balaji Vikram gave a lecture on the restoration of old plants in horticulture, Dr.Dumar Singh, on the prevention of insects and diseases of crops, Vaidya Abdul Warsi discussed the topic of Nadi Dosha.  Dr. RN Tripathi drew attention from the old tradition of agriculture towards saving nature by the farmers.  Farmers and students were awarded reward after quiz.
 These illuminations remained present and increased the dignity of the program.
Everyone participated in the finale together, leaving great expectations for the future.

Ajay Katesaria, Collector Satna, while giving information about the farmer friendly schemes and programs of Madhya Pradesh Government, said that urgent steps will be taken on the problems of farmers like storage and lifting.  
While presiding over the program, The Chancellor of university, Shri BP Soni said that the income of farmers should be doubled and farmers should cultivate fruits and flowers along with traditional farming and storage of crops properly, in this regard they will be provided proper information in the Krishi Fair.  The guests visited and appreciated the efforts made for the trials, exhibition, agro-industry exhibition, sale of seeds and minikits of latest species of Kharif crops, solutions for agricultural problems, research centers at the fair. These stalls remain centers of attraction - these dignitaries were present
 Along with the stalls of Kubota Tractors, Mahindra & Mahindra, Patel Agriculture & Machinery, Sadguru Tractors, Puri Trading Corp., Aisar Tractors, stalls of Herbal Beauty Products were also set up for the common man.  Sale of improved seeds and plants of vegetables and fruits, exhibition of modern agricultural equipment, exhibition of advanced agricultural technologies, small and cottage industries exhibition along with free health testing of farmers, registered farmers  Free Soil Testing, Crop Sanjivani, Fruit-flower-herb, Vegetable and Preserved substances, exhibition of forest produce based small scale industries, and sale of products, lectures of scientists under special lectures and farmers seminar were the major attraction centers in which thousands of farmers reached from different regions of the state.

The Kisan Vigyan Mela to be organized under joint auspices of the AKS University and District Administration will now be held on 23 to 25 February 2020 in the presence of the Honorable Mr. Kamleshwar Patel, the Minister of Panchayat and Rural Development of Madhya Pradesh.  It is known that earlier this fair was to be held between 18 to 20 February 2020 but the said date has been amended with the approval of the District Administration and Hon'ble Minister. It is worth mentioning that in this grand Kisan Vigyan Mela, many prestigious companies of the country  Apart from this, cooperation of NABARD and Petroleum Research Institute are providing  thier contribution in this event.  AKS University management has informed that in this fair, various latest techniques of agriculture will help farmers to earn more profit at a lower cost.  Techniques, benefits of organic farming, information about the beneficial schemes of agricultural horticulture will be provided.
