Lecture on Mines Safety in India Satna. The program on Mines Safety was organized at Department of Mining of AKS University, Satna with over 700 participants. In the program Anant Kumar Soni, Chancellor, Prof. Paritosh K. Banik, Engg. & Mining faculties were present along with the Principal, Head of Department Prof. BK Mishra, S. Dasgupta, Ajit Mehra. University Management congratulated the program on its success.

Role of Yoga in personality development and life building of students.
The Yoga Department of AKS University Satna organized a two-day program on the role of Yoga in personality development and life building of students. On the first day of the webinar, the chief guest was Dr. Bharat Pathak. He said that yoga has great importance in life and added futher that following the ideals of Nanaji Deshmukh we will move further in life. In the program Vice Chancellor of Rani Durgavati University Prof. Kapil Dev Mishra said that the youth of today need guidance. It is possible through the use of yoga. We should not forget our situation. Yoga makes us healthy. Prof. Bindeshwari Prasad Mishra of Banaras Hindu University spoke of Idam's visit to Aham. He also explained to the students about the duration. Prof. Kamakhya Kumar, Uttarakhand Sanskrit University Haridwar underlined the importance of Panchkosh in building life. Dr. Tusharkot Shastri also provided information on yoga. A Thanksgiving note was given by Dr. RS Tripathi. Mirza Samiullah Baig and Rajeev Bairagi played a commendable role in the program Dr. Dilip Tiwari coordinated the program. About 700 participants participated on the first day. Vice chancellor Dr. Harsh Vardhan greeted all the guests while delivering the welcome address. The Chairman of the AKS University said that so far the University has conducted More than 67 webinars. Vice Chancellor Prof. Banik said that yoga is necessary for good health. University Management congratulated the program on its success.
AKS University prepares for the online examinations through video conferencing
Satna. AKS University develops online examinations system where in students are appearing for online examination through video conferencing. Among all reputed private universities, AKS University, Satna has taken a stride to begin the online examinations for students. It is remarkable where other universities are planning for an online mechanism of examination, AKS University, Satna has already begun the examinations and the last semester examinations are about to get over soon. In the continuation of this the different faculties of the university viz. B.Tech Electrical, B. Tech Computer Science, Msc, Agronomy, MCA, Bio – Tech and Mechnical Engineering have finished the examinations of their students. And the examinations for the students of other faculties will be completed in the next two weeks. From the students of second and fourth semester of different faculties, the University has received more than 36000 assignments in its online portal; the evaluation of the same will be done very soon. The university is committed to timely examination and results. Necessary decisions have been taken in the meeting With regard to online classes for next semesters and implementation of the same will take place soon. Satna. on the call of Hon’ble Prime Minister of India and advisory issued by Ministry of Ayush, Yoga Deptt. of AKS University organize a webinar to discuss about the ways to stay safe from the pandemic like covid-19. More than 8000 participants took active intrerest in this webinar. Dr, Nandita Pathak, Brand Ambassador, Swachha Bharat Mission said, “Yoga , indeed, is the most precious treasure of India.” Prof. Ishwar Bharadwaj, Prof. and Dean, faculty of Ayurveda and Medical Science, Gurukul Kangari, Haridwar University, Prof. N.L. Mishra, Deptt. of psychology, Gramodaya, Chitrakoot, Prof. Bharat Tiwari, Head of the Deptt. , Deptt. of yoga, Rani Durgavati University, Jabalpur, Dr Sadhana Deneria, Deptt. of yoga, BU, Bhopal, Dr. Udham Singh, Assist. Prof. Gurukul Kangari, Haridwar University, Dr. S.S. Paul, Central University, Amarkantak, Dr. Akhilesh Pandey, Ex Chairman, and Dr. Dileep Tiwari, Deptt of yoga, AKS University were the main speakers. The webinar was also joined and appreciated by Pro- Chancellor, AKS University, Anant Kumar Soni,Pro Vice – Chancellor, Dr. Harshvardhan, Dr. R.N. Tripathi, OSD, Prof. G.C. Mishra. In this webinar active participation of Deans, Heads of different departments, members of faculties and students of AKS University listened the entire deliberation with interest. The discussion was based on safety concerns against the pandemic, covid-19 therefore it was a great success. The webinar was conducted on Google Meet platform and the same was published on the Website of AKS University later on.
COMPUTER AND BIOTECHNOLOGY DEPTT. OF AKS UNIVERSITY ORGANIZE A WEBINAR BIO-SIGNAL PROCESSING, USING OR END USING PYTHON
Satna. The deptt. of Computer Science and IT and Deptt. of Biotechnology conducted a day webinar jointly. The webinar was addressed by Mr. Balachandar Kalappan, Scientific Assistant, Technical University, Munich, Germany and Mrs. Simmi Chawala, J.C.Bose University of Science and Technology, Delhi, NCR. Brijesh Kumar Soni coordinated the programme while Akhilesh A. Bau and Dr. Kamlesh Chourey were the incharge of the event. All the participants were given E – Certificates. The webinar broadcasted from Germany and more then 600 participants joined the webinar across the globe. The deptt of computer and Biotechnology conducted this third session of international web colloquium on cyber cloud computing IWUC, 3C, 2020 in which students also took active participation. Pro–Chancellor Anant Kumar Soni and Dean (Er.) Prof. Pradhan congratulated on the success of the event.
