Violence should be eradicated from society with sensitivity, humanity, compassion, positivity and we should become a part of civilized society. We should be aware of our moral duties and rights. Under the guidance of Manju Chatterjee, Head of MSW Department of AKS University, Satna, Sudhir Pathak, Indira Soni and Maneka Soni, three students of Department of MSW ensured their participation in the three day workshop organized by National Institute Sama Sanstha Delhi on 23rd, 24th and 25th November in Bhopal. In the workshop, there was a detailed discussion on the nature of gender based violence. Reena ji, advocate and social worker threw light on various aspects while discussing in detail that most of the violence took place with men and women in the society. There was an increase in violence in the time of corana. She also discussed the reasons for what positive and negative elements were associated in the families besides, discussion on prevention of violence also took place. Violence continues in the society. However, there has been a change in its nature after Covid-19 and the discussions were invited on this. The seriousness of the police administration and the consequences of negligence were discussed in the workshop. Amidst the increasing interference of the media, what changes are being visible and what is the responsibility of the society and why the society is changing, was followed by a deep discussion. Posco Act-2012, Women's Violence and Domestic Violence Protection Act, 2005, Criminal Law Amendment Act 2013, guidelines of the Human Rights Commission, along with discussions on the guidelines of the Women's Commission were invited. The audiences were urged to know the provisions of the laws in this regard. This workshop was very important for the career of the students. Pratibha Singh, Trainer, shared information with many facts. "What is true other than what is seen" the discussion, underlined the role of police administration, media and society. Manju Chatterjee's poem recitation, " Jindagi ke Seelan mein Deemak Bano" was appreciated by all in the auditorium.

Saroj Lodhi, a student of Department of Electrical Engineering of AKS University, Satna, has been selected in Hindustan Unilever Company. The company is a prime name in the products of Food, Beverages, Cleaning Agent and Personal Care. Saroj has been selected as a Graduate Apprentice Trainee in an influential company in the field of Customer Goods. After eleven months, she will be appointed as a Quality Engineer. Saroj's selection has been decided after a very good performance in the virtual campus. While sharing information, Head of Department (Electrical), AKS University, said that in the campus placement held so far in the Electrical Faculty, many students have got their selection in good companies. The company interviewed on Google Meet. besides being selected on a good package, other attractive facilities will also be provided to the student. On the selection of the student, Pro-Chancellor, Engg. Anant Kumar Soni, Head of Electrical Department, Rama Shukla along with all the faculty members expressed their happiness and wished her well for the future. In the implementation of the new National Education Policy 2020 announced by the Government of India, the Government of Madhya Pradesh has taken a leading position across India by taking initiatives. In the same vein, after the formation of the task force constituted by the MP Government, it was decided that the new education policy would be implemented in Madhya Pradesh from the current session itself.
According to the intention of the government, the implementation of the National Education Policy 2020 in AKS University will be initiated.

It is noteworthy that the Madhya Pradesh government has constituted a task force committee of eminent educationists for the implementation of the New Education Policy 2020. The Vice-Chancellor of AKS University from Vidhya Zone, Dr. Harsh Vardhan is its important member and his practical suggestions have also been considered prominently by the government. It is to be remembered that the students admitted to the new education policy in AKS University will now have the freedom to take more flexible courses than before, under which students will be able to choose different subjects according to their interest. Now the earlier restrictions have been relaxed.
