A One day National Seminar was organized online by Management Faculty of AKS University Satna. In the discussion on Startup and economic development it was said that inclusion of people of better IQ with job generation and foreign investment,   Communication with people, welfare of employees and many other aspects are also important.  Participating in the National Conference on Startup and Our Economic Development in association with the Association for Social Sciences and Management Welfare.  Dr. Harsh Vardhan, Vice Chancellor, said that economic development is closely related to individual development. On the plan to connect students with startups, he said that for this, youth need a training process.  If there is preparation for entrepreneurship, then there is no need to return half way, he explained through examples how the wheel of development spins on the earth and affects the whole nation.  Discussing how startups affect the economy and what it means, the University's Pro-chancellor Anant Kumar Soni, said that Top and Town has given a new dimension to the startup and it is a living proof of how to reach the top with the right adjustments.  The summit can be reached only by planning, action and extra efforts because winners always do the things differently.  Describing the importance of startup, he described it as a factor providing financial assistance in nation building.  The pertinent questions like Are startup companies really making an impact in India?  What is the government of India doing for start ups? How startups are growing in India, were also  discussed.Talking about what problems are being faced by startups in India and what are their solutions,  Dr. Mukherjee, Head of Management Department, while revealing the growth history of Swiggy, Flipkart, Rivigo, Edutech, Foodmart, Sweet Capital, said that these companies have made long-term action plans showing vision and are creating new records of success.  He sheds light on how Ola, Uber, Udaan and FarmEasy have worked and emerged winners among Indian companies.  In this program 45 research papers were presented from all over India in which three best papers focusingonthesustainabledevelopmentofstartupsandtheirimpactoneconomicdevelopment,were selected which were awarded e-certificates as well.  It was also discussed in this event that startups are really defining and growing the Indian economy.  However, India's startup economy has not reached full potential and many startups die in infancy due to lack of proper action plan, lack of better skill management and quick decision making in the hope of being successful soon is fatal.  Successful operation of the program was led by Dr.  Kaushik Mukherjee, Head of Management Department.  In the conference Dr. D. Vishwakarma gave special thanks to  the Secretary of Social Science and Management Welfare Association (SSMWA) for making the program a success.
