NCC course has been included as an elective subject from this session under the New Education Policy 2020 in AKS University Satna. This will enable students get maximum job opportunities in the Indian Army. The information came to light when University Management had called a meeting with Colonel Mehra of MPNCC Battalion and it was decided to run it as an elective course for students studying in the University.  On this occasion, Col. Mehra gave detailed information on the implementation of the course and its utility. Col. Mehra said that this is a very good opportunity for the students of Vindhya and other regions.  He further said that the inclusion of NCC as an elective subject in UGC's Choice Based Credit System will give better guidance to the youth in this direction.  On this occasion the University's  Pro-Chancellor Anant Kumar Soni, Per-Vice Chancellor Dr. Harsh Vardhan, Dr.  R S.  Tripathi, Prof.  R.  N.  Tripathi, Prof.  Prachi Singh, BB Vyohar and Prof. RN Tripathi gave their notable presence.
