The program on heartfulness in the auditorium of AKS University was attended by its Officers and Members of Faculty.

Mrs. Ruchivardhan Mishra, the proud of Satna, a 2006 batch IPS officer, DIG PHQ, Bhopal and a heart fullness trainer, stated, at the closing point of the program at AKS University Satna, that Heartfulness Sahaja Yoga is a heart-based meditation method for spiritual transformation. It operates in more than 130 countries for free. This can be done on the Internet from YouTube or from any centre. She told that Heartfulness Sahaja Yoga is essential for discovering the real center of the heart, Mrs. Ruchivardhan said that Relaxation and Meditation have brought many positive changes in her own life like Time Management, Family Happiness, Anger Management, Communication Recall And better coordination in public behavior etc. Sharing her experiences on heartfulness, she told the auditorium that we all need to pay attention to our improvement, for this, the only way available is heartfulness meditation. Heartfulness meditation can be an important option to get rid of stress. I have experienced this myself in my life, she said that the experience of inner peace provides immense power. At the conclusion of the three-day program, she has given the power of prayer to all and she Made every one aware of the divine inspiration, found through heartfulness meditation, the method of contemplation and yoga is very simple, the real truth of our life is that all are born from God and dissolve in Him, Yoga gives power, thoughts and There is a process of our mind which has to be converted into the seeds of happiness. Working with divine inspiration brings a feeling of bliss and for this purpose, heart fullness meditation is very useful and effective. She said that if we get angry then instead of circumstances, We should ponder over what is wrong in me, what should be right now, whenever we get time in the day, we must get our Heartfulness Meditation. Like prayers give us strength, the meditation(cleanliness of soul) cleaning, leads us to light and thus defeats the rotten thoughts. Efforts should be made to always be in the right direction. Skilled in Maushiki and on the request of the auditorium, Mrs. Ruchi forced the auditorium to clap while she gave voice to her multi-faceted singing talent on the song Chupaa Lo Yun Dil. In the program, sisters Dr. Deepamala Balija and Deepika Shrivastava also shared their experiences with the completion of the Heartfulness, Relaxation and Meditation Procedure. In his Thanksgiving notes Pro Chancellor Anant Kumar Soni said that Smt. Ruchivardhan Mishra, DIG, Bhopal, PHQ has graced us with her invaluable time and we are all grateful to her.
